Certified Partner Removal Request

This form provides PeopleSafe notification that you wish to remove Certified Partner Access to the Subscription listed below, and includes removing access to any updates from Certified Partner Safety Hubs that this account is subscribed to.

No current data is lost, and ownership of all current data in the account remains. Future content updates made by the Partner in the Safety Hub will not be available to you. Partner access to the Subscription will be removed.

Who should complete this form?

Either the Certified Partner or Subscriber can complete this form.
You must be a User and have the security clearance of PeopleSafe Coordinator, Advisor or be a Main Contact for this removal request to be actioned. The PeopleSafe Support Team will be in touch via email prior to any final steps being completed.
