Ownership of all current data in the account remains with the Subscriber.

Either the Certified Partner or Subscriber can complete this form.
You must be a User and have the security clearance of PeopleSafe Coordinator, Advisor or be a Main Contact for this connect request to be actioned. We will be in touch via email prior to any final steps being completed.
